It's been some time, since I announced that there will be a Mashup-Germany Mashup Tutorial. Finally here it is: the introduction video "What is a Mashup?". There are five more tutorial videos coming up, teaching you everything you need to know about mashups and how to create your own tracks. After the tutorial is fully online, Mashup-Germany and Bootie Berlin gonna start a Mashup contest, giving you guys the chance to present your mashup to thousands of people. The winner of the contest will get invited to Berlin and will play his or her mashups live on stage at BOOTIE BERLIN! Stay tuned!

Since the release of my mashup "I love the way mix (lie)", people asked me if I could do a mashup that includes the Eminem part. About a year ago I produced a demo including The Kooks with "Naive" and RHCPs "Snow". They go so well together. This is a mashup with a special topic. It's all about saying goodbye or missing somebody. Marteria is a rising star in Germany. His Electro-HipHop sound combined with very smart lyrics are bringing him huge fame in Germany at the moment. I took the song "Endboss" and mashed it with some oldschool Salt 'n' Pepa HipHop and the germany hype Song "Nein Mann". Pretty German though :(

Die Recycling Revolution Tour 2010 geht nun in die nächste Runde. Nachdem Mashup-Germany letztes Wochenende schon Bochum und Hamburg unsicher gemacht hat, geht es diese Woche nach München und Berlin.
Am Freitag feiert BOOTIE Munich Geburtstag und Ben wird den Bayern ordentlich die Ohren versohlen. Am Samstag steht dann das Berlin City Groove Festival auf dem Arenagelände an. Mit dabei u.a. das SEEED DJ Team, K.I.Z., Ganjaman und natürliche die BOOTIE Berlin Crew. Mashup-Germany findet ihr auf dem Second Floor der Hoppetosse.
